Shipping cost all depends on the size of the order and where the products are going. Shipping is FREE for orders over $350.00. For orders under $350.00, postage is at the expense of the customer. Postage costs are fully viewable at the time of orderi

What if the order is too big for a soft package but still below the minimum spend?

If your order can’t fit into a soft package, then it will have to be put into a box. In this situation, the shipping cost will be more. We recommend opting for the minimum spend of $350 to get free shipping.

What is the shipping cost for orders less than the minimum spend to get free shipping?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of your order. The postage and handling will be included on the invoice. When you enter the shipping details, you will have the option to select regular or express shipping.

Is there express shipping available for orders that are below the minimum spend?

Yes, there is express shipping available for an additional cost. This will be charged to your business via a separate invoice. Keep in mind that express shipping will be costly as the order will be fairly big.

Where can I see the status of an order / monitor tracking?

Our warehouse operates NZ business hours from Monday to Friday. If you place your order Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be fulfilled on the following Monday. It usually takes 24 hours to be processed and fulfilled however, during peak s

As our stands are fairly big if ordered at the same time as your footwear, they may be delivered in a separate package. They should usually be delivered on the same day. If you placed two separate orders then they may arrive on different dates.

What should I do if I did not receive all of the pairs that I ordered?
