What should I do if I’m sent the wrong size or color to what I ordered?Updated a year ago

If you were sent the wrong colours and sizes for what you ordered, please contact us via the contact form. We’ll be in touch to sort this out for you as soon as possible. If the error has occurred on our side, we’ll send out the replacement pairs as soon as possible.

For the incorrect pairs, you’re most welcome to keep them for the season. They can be held in credit to be either invoiced at the end of the season if you have sold them or they can be returned to us if they have not been sold. Archies Footwear will cover the return postage charges.
