What should I do if I receive stock that is not up to the selling standard?Updated a year ago

We have stringent quality control checks to ensure that the stock we send to you is of the highest standard possible. 

However, sometimes there may be minor product imperfections that are part of the manufacturing process. For example, there might be edges from the molding process that are not perfectly trimmed or perhaps an odd smudge.

In these instances, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could see if there is an easy practical way to rectify the problem. For example, perhaps a smudge can easily be removed. 

However, if you believe that you’ve received stock that cannot be sold due to the condition, please contact us right away via the contact form and we’ll do our best to sort this out for you.
