While we have made our footwear as strong and as durable as possible, sometimes issues can occur due to an odd manufacturing fault or perhaps the customer catching the pair at the wrong angle.&#xA0;If a customer who has purchased from you experiences a fault or issue with their pair, please resolve the issue as soon as possible for the customer either by giving them a replacement or refunding them.&#xA0;Please contact us with the following information:1. A photograph of the fault2. A photograph of the size stamp underneath the product (the stamp that contains the US, EU, and UK Sizing)3. A description of how the fault occurred4.
